The stylists (Desi, Cheryl, Patti) are all so friendly and professional. The shop is spotless! Patti did a great job cutting my hair!

I call this place 30mins before closing, and I Ask if they can fit me in. Brittany said they can. I ask her if she is sure so that I don’t waste my time driving there. She said I’ll have to wait but they can. I just needed a tapper on the sides not a full cut(My hair is braided) I arrive about 7:35( They close a 8). When I go inside Dessi told they can not take me. I explain to her that I just was on the phone with Brittany and she said she can. I also told her I needed this cut for my performance the following day, and that didn’t matter..... I’ve gotten a haircut here a few times, and they’re okay for what I need, and I always encourage dessi when she cuts me, because sometimes she seems unsure, And still getting out on a Friday night was more important than helping a customer, and a customer who was told they would be helped at that. They lost me, and from the reviews I’m not the only one. They’d get more heads done with less chit chat and more cutting, and I’d probably wouldn’t be writing this review. Highly disappointed .

Amazing experience today at Sport Clips Savage! Felicia was by far the best stylist I have ever had for a haircut! Highly recommend!
