Unlike a previous review writer I am happy with the service I receive. And you have to understand that this is a high volume store. I have an advantage in that I have been attending this store for several years and I know the sign in system. For those that don't, go to the store between 10 and 10:05 am and sign in but you may have to wait if there is someone there before you. On-line sign in begins at 10:05 am and in either case there is no guarantee that you won' have to wait for a bit. Where can you go that you don't have to wait? If you signed in on-line you are told when your appt. time is and you adjust your travel time to the store. If you are not at the store and with 2 or 3 clients ahead of you they will send you a text to get your butt in gear. This is not a difficult system to follow.

Walked in to the Savage Sportsclip for the first and last time. 1st time and was unaware of the check in process. A stylist yells from 2 chairs back, "Did you check in yet?" I said, "no". She did a big sigh and said, "Well if you want to check in, it will be at least 45 minutes." Then she turned her back to me and went back to the haircut she was doing. A rude and clearly unhappy employee and a 45 minute wait. Even though I had gone online and their website said a 0 minute wait and no appointments necessary. Will happily spend my money someplace that wants me there.
